Following some prolonged 'discussions' with suppliers new tooling has finally been delivered to the companies main steel/aluminium work shops for manufacture of new GRP products.
The tooling which allows precise bending of aluminium and steel tubes without causing impinging on the centre gap or 'crinkling' of the tube casing has been on order for nearly two years. Initial equipment supplied to the company proved to be not up to the job and broke after only several days of use. the new equipment is far more robust and is expected to fullfil the job perfectly.
Dave Freeman, the companies installations Director, was delighted to be advised that production has now commenced and following extensive quality control testing of the new products these should be available to the general public shortly.
